Oneplan - dread disease refusal
Once again Oneplan refuse to for a dread disease, skin cancer! We supp**** all documents, blood results, plastic surgeon and skin specialist reports.
Now they only want to pay for a illness benefit!!!! They also advised that because no specialists are covered on this plan they won't pay for the visits to the specialists to diagnose my mom with cancer.
I am sooo disappointed in Oneplan.

In regards to the claim, unfortunately the treatment for this type of Cancer is only covered under the illness in hospital cover limit as specified in the policy wording. We can confirm that the claim has been authorised accordingly.
