OnePlan does not keep to it's promises
OnePlan advertises that as a client you can receive discounts on ePet store online. This is not the case. I joined OnePlan because of numerous financial benefits, including insurance and this food benefit that was advertised. Now that I try to utilise such benefits, it is impossible.
