It is a pity I haven't dealt with Lebohang Moiketsi (claims dept) and Thapelo Madibana (customer care dept) sooner, then I would have given a 5 star rating. It is only because of these two people that I decided not to cancel my policy. Thapelo was the very first person, after numerous calls and emails, who went out of his way to give me the correct information, listen patiently to me, gave me advise, assured me that Oneplan will do all to help my furkid. He is super professional, friendly and definitely capable in his job. Thapelo I truly thank you and I am glad that you were in the end the consultant that helped me and my furkid. And then Lebohang Moiketsi (claims dept). She is an absolute angel! The same as Thapelo, super friendly , very professional, knows her work and took me through all the steps with the greatest patience to finalise everything for my furkid's operation. Even over the phone I could sense how soft hearted she is. Thapelo and Lebohang each and every company in this country must have employees like yourselves! I am forever grateful to you two for all your assistance and help. I definitely recommend Oneplan Pet Insurance. I have never had problems with money being loaded on the Onecard for when we visit the vet for normal consultations. I am satisfied and I have 2 more furkids for whom I am going to take out insurance from Oneplan. Kind regards Theresa Steyn
