Oneplan customer service
I just signed up for Oneplan medical insurance so I don't know how they work and if they are good but my review is for the Consultant who assisted and signed me up. I spoke to Jabulani Shabalala and he was amazing. He is very thorough when he explains things very helpful and very clued up on products and services. He has excellent customer service skills and if all consultants were like him, I would recommend oneplan to anyone. Awesome job Jabulani.
