Excellent customer services, timely payment to service providers, and 24/7 assistance after hours during emergencies. It is just a pleasure to have my fur children insured by them.
The OnePlan representative, Reabetsoe Letsatsi, was extremely helpful, pleasant and professional, I were also assisted with a quick response and supportive attitude, and all claims and enquiries were sorted within a day. Thank you it is highly appreciated.
