Oneplan card not working.
Oneplan had an issue with their card issuer and that cumulated in me having difficulty to swipe the card and pay at the Dr. Lots of pin resets 5 or 6. Lots of phone calls 7-8 later .. I was a bit hot under the collar and I think the radiology and specialist that I saw was not thinking of advising people to use Oneplan from observing what hassle I had. Then I finally spoke to Renee ***ley at Oneplan and she resolved the issues I was experiencing.. Thanks to her help all was finally back on track and I am happy to advise people to use oneplan again. I give 4 stars for the hassle and 6 out of 5 stars to Renee ***ley for saving the day. Regards Johan M.
