ONEPLAN awful
ONEPLAN pet insurance, non-existing customer service, I have been struggling for more than 2 months to sort out a cancellation, numerous communications on mail, WhatsApp and phone calls, but no assistance. I would not recommend this company to anyone. extremely disappointing

05 Oct 2023, 15:18After following up once again via phone, I finally found an angel working at Oneplan his name is Sithembiso Ndidimba, he is the first person in almost 3 months who actually went the extra mile for me and sorted out my problem under 2 hours, I want to thank Sithembiso from the bottom of my heart, and hope you get to see this message, please continue with your good work, your manager should be very proud, you are definitely an asset for that company.

After following up once again via phone, I finally found an angel working at Oneplan his name is Sithembiso Ndidimba, he is the first person in almost 3 months who actually went the extra mile for me and sorted out my problem under 2 hours, I want to thank Sithembiso from the bottom of my heart, and hope you get to see this message, please continue with your good work, your manager should be very proud, you are definitely an asset for that company.

Kindly note that we have escalated for the refund to be processed, with regards to bank account refunds certain waiting periods are applicable due to the flow of business, therefore the standard turnaround time for bank refunds to reflect in your bank account is between 7 - 14 workings or sooner depending on the banks.
