one star - because they consistent with taking money from your bank account ask the mto pay for what they supposed to and it will never happen have excuses fill in this form, fill in that form some call backs on app responded to some not MY advise STAY AWAY PEOPLE. too much stress for you when you don't need stress and your pet is ill. they are not there despite what they say. I cancelled this morning ***

Kindly note for in hospital claims to be processed we do required the vet to complete a claims form.
