Oneplan are *******. They ***** from the poor
Good day Peter
Am very disappointed by oneplan because of their behaviour of always wanting to profiteer and ***** from the poor. On 26 July, i took my child to a Paeditrician because he was sick. The Paeditrician telephonically referred me to a Urologist and i went to the Urologist same time at the same hospital I paid R700 at the Paeditrician and R900 at the Urologist and i sent the receipts to Oneplan for reimbur*****t. Now oneplan because they are ******* they dont want to reimburse me like they always do. They say they want referral letter. I told them that i was telephonically referred and the Urologist invoice even shows the referring doctors particulars but Oneplan still maintain that they need a referral letter. What kind of nonsense is that because the Urologist invoice clearly shows the referring doctor, what more evidence do they want. These stupid mefical insurances are bent on *****ing hard earned monies from the poor and this should be condemned to the strictest sense. When it comes to premiums, we pay without any problems but when it comes to they paying its a very very big hassle that one has to endure. Am tired of these *******. I need my money I need my refund or else they should cancel this policy forthwith. Very disgruntled with these ******* who hide in the name of mefical insurance
