OnePlan are ****s

I am not one to complain, but when a registered company does what One Plan did, it needs to be reported: I joined One Plan in January, and they asked me a few questions; after answering them, I asked them which doctors I was allowed to see, and One Plan told me that I could see any doctor, which was not the case. Shortly after joining, I expected to receive my policy, which I never got via email. When I enquired, they told me it had been sent to me, so they are calling me a ****. They didn’t even offer to forward it to me again to prove that it was sent the first time, as they claimed. They deceived me into believing that I could see any doctor. After seeing the doctor, I was informed that they do not cover the type of doctor I saw, a Homeopath, which I may have known if I had received my policy. One Plan does not take responsibility for their actions, and, in my opinion, they committed daylight *******. I told the consultant all of this when cancelling my policy and asked if they would consider waivering the 30-day cancellation fee, and they refused without finding out from management. One Plan should, in all honesty, refund me ALL the money they took due to their negligence, or I will take this further.
