OnePlan - a compassionate insurance company.

This is regard to the OnePlan Pet Insurance. We usually have these insurance as a safeguard in hope to never use it but the inevitable is bound to happen. My dog(10yr old male Rottweiler) had fallen ill. He has not been to the vet before for illness related issues except until lately. Unfortunately he had to be euthanized. There were some delays from OnePlan at the start of the claim but they came through on the claim and refunded me all expenses I had incurred. Over and above, they sent a little gift to help comfort us during this terrible loss, which was a nice touch and other insurance companies could take pointers. When we are ready for our next fur baby, he/she will be covered by OnePlan. Thank you OnePlan team.
