They wrote to me saying u are still on the waiting 14th working days period of ur claim but how was I surprised to even think they would have reimburse me the money it really getting out of hands now...please anyone if u could help me sue oneplan for their laking service

We would like to profusely apologize for the inconvenience caused. We have acknowledged your complaint and we are dealing with it accordingly.
One of our claims consultants attempted to contact you today with feedback about the claims, however it was to no avail. The claim for the vehicle has been processed and paid into the relevant bank account, please be aware that funds may take between 7 to 14 working days to reflect.
Kindly note that the claim for the towing service has been processed, we are just awaiting our finance department to release the funds. Our claims department has since proceeded to send you an email with confirmation of this.
We once again apologize for any inconvenience caused.
