ONEPET

I'm receiving sms daily from OnePet informing me that an excess/rejected claim amount of R 460,45 is due ?<br> If got no problem with paying the outstanding amount , my problem are .... I'm unable to get access to the self help portal it keeps telling me login failed retry ? Please can you assist policy number ***.Second Complain: I'm with OnePet for about 8 months now only submitted 2 claims after 3 month waiting period and it keeps getting rejected , my total amount paid to OnePet is R 3120 that's without the joining fee and card fee !! My dog's are like kids to me and that's why I took out the OnePet policy for them.One of them got sick with the parvovirus and almost died , he also got his routine injections and was de-wormed, all which are included and covered with my monthly premium by my OnePet policy as explained and guaranteed telephonic and on documents received, BUT EVERY TIME or shall I say BOTH TIMES I claimed it was rejected why? I'm regretting joining onepet policy and are feeling misled and rob , paid OnePet and the medical bills so gained nothing lost almost 5000 rand , its not much I know , but to me it's my monthly salary struggled to recover for 4 months
