ONE PLAN ******* ! horrible management and service! WILL NOT RECOMMEND

What a joke of a company.

I signed up for pet insurance for my two doggo's, both breeds (large breeds) tend to have bloating that can be costly (R25k) reason I took out pet insurance, after reading that the will include and cover any stomach problems. Then they send me my final contract but with a completely different cover so i cancelled it before it took affect about 14 days before the contract would start. no reply for about a 2-3 weeks. Just for them to let me know it not been cancelled. IT TOOK ME 3 MONTHS TO GET IT CANCELLED , the manager whos name I didn't even clearly hear every time I ask for his name, after that they decided to deduct another large amount of R900 out of my account for no reason, I had to keep reversing the transactions, just for the rude manager to let me know they made a mistake (i know idiot) I'm sorry but I was fuming I think I swore about 20 times to get it into their pathetic heads to stop deducting money out of my account. The ****** ******* just kept changing the reference to keep deducting money out of my acc, after obviously many bank fees. If you are are with one plan , check your debit orders every month. They apparently make many mistakes!! WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE WHO WANTS GOOD SERVICE.
