ONE PLAN - THE PET INSURANCE TO AVOID

So you believe that you can treat your human customers efficiently but your pet customers abysmally? Shocking service. Sent in my first claim AFTER three debit orders had gone off. I sent in the one plan claim form that my vet filled in for an emergency procedure. One plan pet insurance then sent me an email asking me to fill in a one plan claim form (which had already been done.) PLEASE NOTE you CANNOT claim if your VET has not signed and noted all the information on your claim. No you can't pay and then claim. You need to go back to your vet and ask them to fill in the form, that is going to cost you. Then I send an email telling them that the form was sent to them, they send me and email saying that the claim was within the first month AFTER 3 debit orders went through and they called me Steffni. My name is MICHELLE. They are clearly just on the pet insurance band wagon and do not give a rats bum for their extra stream of income. I gave them ample time to sort this out and predictably they are now unavailable.

Good day Michelle,

From the outset we sincerely apologize that your experience with Oneplan has not been a pleasant one and apologize for the inconvenience that has been caused. We do take customer feedback seriously to improve our service and process to ensure that we meet our client’s expectations.

In the unforeseen event of an accident / in-hospital claim we will require a completed claims form from the vet to process the claim. Certain terms and conditions are always applicable, and these are included in all policy documents before and during your experience with us. We will assist with all we can in line with our terms and conditions. Please note that this is by no means a ploy to refuse payment of the claim. We do have your fur-babies best interests at heart, and we will assist with all we can in line with our terms and conditions.

We have acknowledged your complaint and we have escalated the matter to the relevant department. This matter has been dealt as a priority; our claims consultant will be in contact with you.

Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience caused and we hope to resolve the matter as soon as possible.

Kind Regards,
Oneplan
