ONE PLAN - THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE - REAL PEOPLE - GENUINE KINDNESS
This morning I woke up to a double debit from One Plan. Of course I had six heart attacks in 2 minutes. I immediately phoned, screaming my head off . I spoke to One Plan's Rene ***ley who was so very calm and kind. She assisted me straight away and refunded my account, no mess, no fuss. Thank you so much Rene ***ley for being such a comfort on this very blue Monday. Well done and once again, thanks so much from the bottom of my heart
