Citi vet recommended these guys said they were very good . Took my Yorkie Nuni in for skin pro bless . . The crazy people examined her gave injection 1024 Nearly passed out. Then had to come back again for another check up . Don blood smear gave me one bottle of shampoo, 20 tables, 12 quarter zone tablets. over 2000 rand . instead of telling me to leave dog they sent me home with additional quote to keep her one night clean her ears and teeth. Over 5000 rand. Sent invoices to one plan sent me email must get invoices stamped. Went back had invoices stamped and forwarded to them. Sent me email must fill in claim form .Bach to Citi vet monta vist and got a form from them. sent it in they repudiate claim as dog not in hospital . When they sell policies they never explain only hospital plan ? As for other quote must have disappeared. Not one word. How can these people take your money and destroy you. we had 3500 rand left for the month groceries food animal, food and so on. aCiti vet took the lot with a smile ? How is it that insurance and vet get away with these astronomical accounts See my doctors 450 per visit ???? I

Good day Donovan,

Thank you for taking the time to bring this to our attention.

We do sincerely apologize for any inconvenience which has been caused.  We do have your fur-baby's best interest at heart and wish that she is having a speedy recovery.

Kindly note that for a claim to be considered under In-Hospital Admission in the unforeseen event of an accident / in-hospital claim we will require a completed claims form from the vet and invoice must reflect details of an in-hospital corrective procedure. If the invoice does not reflect a corrective procedure, it will be covered under the Casualty benefit which is available on our comprehensive Classic and Super plan up to their respective cover limits as this is in line with our policy terms and conditions.

Upon investigation we received the completed claims form from the Vet and discovered that the services rendered on the invoice were diagnostic tests and medication. Your is fur-baby is on the Hospital Plan. Kindly note that hospitalization related to any diagnostic tests will fall under the Casualty cover limit which would have been covered on our comprehensive Classic and Super plan up to their respective cover limits as this is in line with our policy terms and conditions.

Certain terms and conditions are always applicable, and these are included in all policy documents before and during your experience with us. We do have your fur-babies best interests at heart, and we will assist with all we can in line with our terms and conditions. Please note we are governed by the FAIS Act and must apply the TCF policy to ensure all our clients receive fair service and cover.

We have acknowledged your complaint and we have escalated the matter to the relevant department. One of our consultants will be in contact with you to further discuss the matter at hand.

Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience caused and we hope to restore the experience.

Kind Regards,
Oneplan
