One plan *****ing freom poor clients
<p>Hello Peter</p> <p> </p> <p>I have two issues</p> <p> </p> <p>1. I am disgruntled with the way Oneplan conducts its business. I am a client from the 2011 but i detest this kind of treatment. On the 7th of December 2016, my wife had an urgent gynaecological problem. i rushed her to a Gynaecologist to be attended to. I paid a consulation fee of R800 out of my pocket. On the 23rd of january 2017, i requested Oneplan to reimburse my R800 which i was told today that i can only be reimbursed the general practioner amount of R295.<strong> The question is: How was i supposed to waste money going to a GP when we knew and saw the problem was gynaecological?</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>2. On a second note, my son went to see a paeditrician , i paid the R650 consulation fee out of my pocket and went on to buy medication at Clicks for R226.29. I sent the proof of payment for medication to Oneplan for my reimbur*****t and i was told that i have to send a detailed receipt. <strong>Where do you think i should get the detailed receipt from? The one that i sent to one plan is the one that i got from Clicks </strong>. I am disgruntled with this kind of treatment to clients. Companies from should not profit from taking advantage of the poor.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Oneplan would you please reimburse me my R800 fro consultation plus R226.29 for my son's scripted medication. We are working hard to get this money.</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>Disgruntled</p> <p> </p> <p>Timothy</p>
Dear Timothy
We do apologise for any frustrations you may be going through.
But seeing that you are a long standing client with us, you should be well versed with our terms and conditions . As the benefits you are claiming were utilised previously.
As standard we do require a referral letter when utilizing the specialist cover benefit which one is required to provide prior to the appointment being made. In an emergency situation we need to be contacted so we can assist in accommodating you in loading the funds or we would have advised you accordingly in order to make sure that you were compensated correctly under the correct benefit.
In the instance were we do not receive the required documentation, we pay the claim under the minimum benefit which is the General practioner benefit. Once the relevant document is received we will then reprocess the claim to pay the balance of the funds up to the limit.
When it comes to medication. We do require a detailed account as there are medications that is not covered under the plan. A copy of the script or the actual invoice from the pharmacy will de sufficient enough. A copy of the claim is available from the pharmacy upon request. In order to prevent all this we have advised our policy holders to utilize the Mediscor system whereby the medication can be claimed electronically provider there is a script from the provider.
Please provide us with the necessary documents in order to refund you the full amount paid by yourself.
We hope this has educated you.
King regards

Dear Peter
Oneplan is *****ing from the poor. I am not convinced with this stupid , selfish and uncouth response, i need my refund, this is abolute *******. You just want our instalments but when it comes to claiming you make it difficult. This is *****ing in board daylight. There is proof that i paid for the specialist and proof that i paid for medication. i have been sybmitting things like that and i still get my refund, what the hell are you talking about. Besides you take six days to respond to a customer, that shows no customer care at all. Oneplan should send its employees for training if it wants to remain in business otherwise you will just die like how other businesses are dying
