One plan rocks

Recently my husband went to the Dr for flu .The Dr told him he had a bigger problem than flu she said his left leg had no pulse or temperature and sent us to a vascular surgeon ,he examined my husband and did blood tests and referred my husband to a cardiologist .The cardiologist did tests on my husband and showed me on the scan that one side of his heart was not working she told us it was unfortunately the side that pumped the rich oxygen so his oxygen level was very low ,all the time we thought his breathing problem was asthma ,she said she needed to do an angiogram .Her receptionist would organize it . I told the receptionist that it usually took 48 to 72 hours to get hospital authorization so I would go home and she could let us know when and if the authorization was approved .We were still in bed the next morning when the receptionist phoned us and asked if we could be at the hospital in an hours time .I couldn't believe the authorization was approved so quickly ,we went to the Glynwood life hospital and everything was already done we just had to take my husbands ID the admission was absolutely stress free .My husband had the angiogram and stents ,he spent the night in high care . The whole experience was as if we were annoited with the favor of God . I just want to say a very big thank you to all the Drs and hospital staff for the excellent treatment we received but most of all I want to thank ONE PLAN they had our back without you the out come could have been very different .One plan team your service was awesome I had no worry about the financial stress and when I saw the bill I almost had a heart attack myself but you took care of it all .My family and friends are amazed at your awesome cover and I have no words to discribe the wonderful service I even got a call from one of your team Cammi-Leigh Van Kramberg to ask if all was well what a lovely caring gesture .One Plan you rock and we are singing your praises to everyone . I can personally recommend One Plan and their excellent compassionate professional staff .Words seem inadequate to thank you for the difference you made in our lives THANK YOU for a financial stress free experience especially when one is coping with the emotional stress .Awesome unbelievable service from one plan and the one plan team kind regards margie thomson
