One Plan - Renee ***ley
I have been with One Plan for a few years and had a mixed level of service. Recently when adding my wife I came across Renee ***ley who has being assisting me ever since. She offers great customer service skills and is by far the best that I've dealt with. Her turn around time to things is phenomenal and she keeps you updated step by step. I recently added my newborn too and with wife having a emergency caesearian and Renee made the process so much easier. You guys have a got gem of an employee One Plan. I refuse to deal with anyone else.
