One Plan proof their excellense (again) during Covid!
I have to compliment, and thank, One Plan Medical Insurance for amazing service (again)! I was diagnosed with covid and everything happened so fast resulting me ending up in hospital for a few days. Needless to say it was a very scary feeling and between feeling terrible because of the virus, the idea of admission to a hospital and the financial implications had me worried for a while. My husband phone the emergency line and the gentleman who helped him was absolutely amazing! Hy guided him with authorization codes and I was one of the very very lucky patients to be admitted at Medi clinic Midstream. I am home again and am almost completely recovered.
