One Plan Pet useless
For over 6 years I have been a client of One Plan. Today my 2 dogs need to go for their annual check up vacs. I went onto the app to load the approval. Only to br told that its not available. I contacted the call center WhatsApp to be sent the following: Thank you. Kindly note that we are unable to load funds for you at this time because you have a rejected casualty claim dated 13/11/2024. You will need to make payment for this claim to be recovered. Once your claim is updated, you will be able to load a new claim. We have sent you a PayFast link—please let us know once you have made the payment so we can assist you accordingly.
Firstly they have taken over R800 off my account every month for the last year but have blocked both of my dogs for a R350 claim that they apparently rejected for some reason in Nov 2024 for 1 of my dogs.
Please explain how this is fair.
