One plan pet sells lies

So Oneplan Pet Insurance is truly the worst company ever to "insure" your pets at.

Had a vet visit beginning of August because Athena had a growth on her leg that bothered me. Went to the VET to check it out and he gave me Antibiotics for the next 3 months to check if it doesn't get better and to just monitor Athena as well(just to add he didn't want to operate immediately he wanted us to first see if the growth goes away with the medication he gave us this is R1200 I have to pay for the next 3 months) This put me out of pocket just over 4k. Took the receipt and the Vet invoice and sent it through to One Pet in order to reimburse me for the Vet and the meds (obviously knowing that I wont be getting reimbursed the full amount) sent in multiple documents and forms that the VET had to fill in to give his feedback regarding the growth so that the Insurance can pay us back our money, had to send in Photos of Athena to prove that she is indeed my dog.

Just to he told by One plan that "oh sorry we not going to pay for this". Funny how they sell a LIE over their adverts. in 1 min lodge a claim and 1 min get paid out for that claim. Guess their 1 min is South African time for 3 weeks and still no payment.. #oneplanpetinsurancesellslies
