One Plan Pet Insurance unfair!
I am unable to use the funds on the Insurance package, they are forcing me to use my own cash and then when I claim back I cant even get the actual cash back, setting me back financially. What if I don't have cash to use? That is the main reason I got pet insurance in the first place.
Update your systems to load what is rightfully mine, onto the card, since I am a diligent monthly premium payer.
Unacceptable!
