One Plan Pet Insurance Team - Exceptional Support and Assistance
My daschund had to be rushed to hospital a few weeks ago. To our heartbreak, he passed away. From the moment I messaged OnePlan’s online chat asking for assistance, through to submitting the claim, the amount of support that I received through such a distressed and tender time is absolutely exceptional. They were with me every step of the way. Each person that I spoke with handled me and the situation with genuine care and consideration. I hav just received a gift from OnePlan with a candle and hand written card. I am so moved by the kindness that I have been shown. Thank you One Plan Team - You are absolutely amazing!
