One Plan Pet Insurance - Still bad service

True to my wordearlier!!! Managers don’t phone you back.

After spending about 3 hours today to get my issue sorted today so I can load my claims, finally I get hold of a manager who promises to phone me back.....

After waiting until almost COB I had to call them again with - wait for it...NO JOY yet again!! Same story they can’t help today....only after 48 Hours

Now I have to postpone my vacation for 3 days because of this because I don’t trust them to pay back the money to me if I pay the Vet visit from my own pocket
