I had to take my dog to the vet due to an irritation under her eye i loaded the 690 Routine option it eventually became a in hospital day visit with a tooth extraction there is no way this procedure could have been without her being fully sedated because a abscess formed and caused a real health risk which would have resulted in higher medical cost so her tooth got extracted and now in this wee hours of the morning I read a declined claim notification the eventual cost was close to 3400 off which I already paid 1500 and now the measly 690 was rejected this is a ******* insurance and it seems like the longer you are a member the harder it is to have claims paid if I add my monthly contribution for a year it is about what your 4 vet visits adds up to for a year. I do everything in my power to keep Tienkie healthy and if this is how you treat your animal clients you do not deserve her monthly premiums OR any new clients being suckered. I did not even ask you to pay the full amount of nearly 3400 i already paid 1500 remember and you could have met Tienkie halfway if you wanted to.
