One plan pet insurance not worth it
Waste of time. Savings amount get depleted with just one vet visit for the year. Logged a class I'm once... Asked for the invoice to be submitted to process.. Sent it like 20 times they still say it's unclear shopping around for a better pet policy where I can get more value for money

25 Apr 2022, 09:13Good day Serelda,
Thank you for taking the time to bring this to our attention.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and the circumstances under which your Hellopeter posting has reached. We do take customer feedback seriously to improve our service and process to ensure that we meet our client’s expectations.
The Classic plan that your fur-baby is covered on has day-to-day and In-hospital benefits. The plan includes a Pet Med Savings benefit that may be used towards preventative care claims and has a cover limit of R750. Should clients request for more cover, they can choose to add on the Pet Med Booster. The Casualty benefit has a cover limit of R1300 and is limited to 4 Casualty benefits per a year. A vet consultation will fall under the Casualty benefit claim, and should the vet bill exceed R1300, unfortunately the client will be liable for the difference as claims are paid up to the respective cover limits. The Pet Med Savings and Casualty Benefit falls under our day-to day benefits and differentiates from the In-Hospital cover limits. There are annual cover limits on all our cover types. Once the annual cover limit has been exceeded, the cover limit benefit will renew on the anniversary of your policy.
We apologize for the issue you may be experiencing with the invoice being unclear, we have proceeded to send an email to your listed email address, and we hope to resolve the matter as soon as possible.
Kind Regards,
Oneplan
