One Plan Pet Insurance - Great customer service!
I joined One Plan pet insurance in January. Our new puppy was unfortunately run over 2 weeks ago, and One Plan has been amazing in supporting me and assisting in this stressful time. Although my claim was initially incorrectly lodged as an illness claim, Tamarine Herbert has gone above and beyond to assist me in resolving this and ensuring that the substantial vet bills were paid out according to the accident claim. She followed up regularly and kept me updated at all times - it has been a pleasure working with her, and has been wonderful to receive such amazing service. Thank you so much Tamarine!
