One Plan pet insurance - excellent service
Switched from another insurer to One Plan effective date 1 Feb 2021. The switching process had some hiccups with back office not aligning the debit order amount correctly however Leroy Poole was with me all the way and assisted me to ensure everything was corrected. He gave me excellent service, was friendly and went above my expectations
