I wanted to cancel my policy, but Madela Goodman, phoned me and patiently explained the policy details to me. Comparing the One plan claim benefits with examples and with factual information to the one other company's benefits. He asked me to phone the other company and ask them specific questions and then he will phone me the next day. Needless to say, but I am staying with One Plan.
