One plan pet insurance call - Susan Mnisi
I had requested a call back from the website and was helped by Susan Mnisi,
She was so kind and patient with me - I had a ton of questions and queries and she answered me with all the information I needed. She then explained all the different medical aid plans to me thoroughly and suggested what would suit me based on the questions I had earlier in the call. Super grateful and happy with her service and guidance!
