Dear Glen,

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction regarding the cancellation process.

Upon review, we can confirm that the handling of your cancellation request is in line with the policy Terms and Conditions agreed to at the time of application. As stated on your policy schedule:
  • All cancellation requests must be sent in writing to ***.
  • There is a one (1) calendar month notice period applicable for cancellations.
  • In the event of a cancellation request made prior to the policy's commencement but more than seven (7) days after the application, a one-month notice period applies. During this notice period, premiums collected will not be subject to refund.

Our records indicate that your cancellation request was received on 08/09/2026, which falls outside of the cooling-off period as the policy application was processed on 12/08/2026. As a result, the full notice period is applicable and the corresponding debit will be processed in accordance with the policy terms.

Please note that your policy has been scheduled to be cancelled effective 01/11/2026.

We trust this clarifies the matter. Should you require any further assistance or have any questions regarding your policy, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Kind regards,
Oneplan.

Dear Glen,

We can confirm that the handling of your cancellation request is in line with the policy Terms and Conditions agreed to at the time of application. Provided that your cancellation was submitted on 08/09/2026 and the full calendar month's notice period for cancellation applies, it means the notice period will be served in October 2026. Subsequently, this means a debit will be processed for the premium in accordance with the policy terms.

Certain terms and conditions are always applicable, and these are included in all policy documents before and during your experience with us. We will assist with all we can in line with our terms and conditions. Oneplan subscribes to its TCF principles and will take all reasonable steps to ensure fair and equal treatment of all our clients.

We trust this clarifies the matter and are saddened to see you go.

Kind regards,
Oneplan.
