One plan pet insurance
One plan pet insurance I wodint recommend them I took insurance for my dogs last year April they oferd me acsedint and funeral cover because my dogs was over 10 hears old I paid every month with out a problem now in October my one pet passed away at home I put in a claim the first person I spoke to said I must send them the cremation certificate I contacted them again 2 weeks ago to tell them my dogs ashes have no been returned yet and the person I spoke to said I can't claim because mi dog died at home and it wasn't a acsedint if they had told me when I took the policy the funeral cover is only for acsedint s I would have gone elsewhere I canseld the policy white emedat efect consultant phoned me trying to get me to take something else for my remaining dog I said a prove my claim so she phoned the vet and sent me a email saying my dog was very old so they won't approve my claim I sent a email again saying cancel the policy white emedat efect now today they debit my account I don't know how to get through to them I don't want there policy I'm going somewhere else

Kindly note that in the sad event that your fur-baby passes away we will require information from the Vet confirming the cause of Death in order for the claim to be reviewed under the Burial and Cremation benefit.
Records on our system also confirm that your fur-baby was covered under the Accident Plan. Please note that any accident events that occur because of an Illness or diagnosed condition will not be covered under the Accident plan. The Accident plan only covers for a sudden, unexpected, unforeseen, unusual, unintended event that occurs at a specific time and place causing injury to your Pet of which requires immediate medical attention. In the sad event that the Burial and Cremation claim is related to an illness, unfortunately, it will not be covered under the Accident Plan.
Certain terms and conditions are always applicable, and these are included in all policy documents before and during your experience with us. The terms and conditions of the policy must be adhered to and app**** fairly for all clients, we will assist with all we can in line with our terms and conditions. Please note we are governed by the FAIS Act and must apply the TCF policy to ensure all our clients receive fair service and cover.
We have acknowledged your complaint, and we have escalated the matter to the relevant department. One of our consultants will be in contact with you to further discuss the matter at hand.
