One Plan Pet Insurance
I have been trying to contact One Plan about an amount that I apparently owe them from November 2021. According to my records I do not owe them anything but they insist that I owe them the amount.

Upon investigation, we discovered that the outstanding amount is for a claim from September 2021 due to the annual cover limit on the Casualty benefit being reached. Kindly note that electronic communication was sent to your listed details that we have on the system.
Please provide us with a suitable time or an alternate contact number to contact you as we would like to provide you with more clarity on the above matter
