One plan pet false advertising

When I signed up with One Plan Pet I spoke to Nkosinathi Ndlovu I asked him about the plans that you guys have as well as if it will cover vet visits for check ups and for vaccinations as well as for my pets to get fixed. He informed me that the hospital plan covers all that and that for all 3 my pets it will be R 391.00 which I didn't have a problem with. I was more then happy to join. Early last week sometime I made an appointment with a vet close to me for 2 of my pets. My cat to be neutered and my dog to get his vaccine and deworming. I then went on my one plan pet to claim before I go to the vet as that is what Nkosinathi informed me I can do but I was unable to claim. I gave One plan pet a call and asked them why I can't claim. I was then informed by one of your agents that I can't claim for deworming and vaccination nor can I claim for my cat to be neutered. I was very confused because this was not the information I received when signing up. The agent then said that she will listen to the call and call me back. At this point I was already very disgusted as I spoke so highly regarding your rates. I made up my mind that I was going to cancel if I do not receive feedback. I also reversed the R 391.00 that was paid on the 26/08/19. I got a call that same day from the agent advising that she did listen to the call and that Nkosinathi was in the wrong as he did confirm that I can claim for the above mentioned. She advised that she escalated this to a manager who will get back to me regarding this matter. I am still awaiting feedback and therefore decided that I would like to cancel my plan due to lack of assistance and lack of problems being resolved. I would also like to be refunded for the payment that was made in July as I already put in the request with my bank. I want it to be terminated today and I want it in writing from you guys.

Beware of One plan pet's agents who do not give you the correct information and call you 10 times a day to sign up. Do not join one plan pet.
