One Plan not delivering
Yesterday I saw a orthopedic surgeon as I had a bad fall, can barely walk. He wanted to admit me but alas due to the xray report stating chronic back pain - which I never said my claim was rejected - a similar claim will also be rejected after the waiting period is over. The funny thing is I was told telephonically that my claim will be approved - they just need to decide under which cover. Via email I was told that my claim was rejected. I was so humiliated - I joined one plan because I only heard good things - Now I am not able to walk properly and I do not know what to do.
