One Plan = NONE PLAN

There is only one letter missing from this companies name and that is the letter "N" for NONE PLAN!!! Every time we wanted to pay using the card, the app didn't work. After numerous emails to them about this, it is still not resolved - 1½ years later! So I had to pay for the appointment myself and claim from them which then gave them every excuse to turn part of, if not all the claim down! Every single claim we put in, there was an issue. We have now cancelled the cover as it was a total waste of money and saved us absolutely NOTHING on our pet medical expenses whatsoever. This company should be taken to court!
