One Plan more like No Plan!!!

I am quite disappointed with the service I received from One Plan Health Insurance. My account was debited Twice, not on the date I requested, and for double the premium than what was stipulated! I had enough money in my account to cover my first installment but due to their mishap of debiting my account for more than my initial installment, my account ran into arrears, I was then charged twice by my bank for a returned debit order, no fault of my bank. When I queried with One Plan, they said it was a mistake, I must send them proof of what the bank charges are, they will send to relevant department but only if I continue using their services. The consultant called today, unfortunately I was busy at the time and could not take the call, I then received a SMS saying the policy has been canceled and I will be charged another R100 for cancelation fee. So all in all I'm paying R300 for 2 returned debits plus another R100 for cancelation fee, that's R400 out of my pocket, for an insurance policy that never materialized!
