One Plan Medical Insurance is the worst
I have been struggling to get ANY back payment on my claims I send through. 1st They say they are 'offline ' due to maintenance , then they decline my claims for NO valid reason. I am sick of this . I pay for a service , I obviously do not get. No one responds to my emails or calls. One claim has been sent through 18 times . NO response. When you take out a contract they say you get a certain amount for medication. And now nothing. It is pathetic.
