One Plan is useless!!!!!!!!!!!

Useless, pathetic, and your admin is atrocious, first they will refund me , and 3 days later I will get a SMS to say claim has been rejected I owe them money!!!, then the lady tells me this ******* story because I split up my scripted medication they can not pay the claim, If it was possible to give you a minus 10 star that's what I would do. Last year I was diagnosed with a rare blood disorder and one plan also rejected my hospital authorisation after I waited 47 days for someone to call me back every time they say we will call you we will call you, instead of speaking to the specialist whose phone number they had they kept on phoning the doctor who did the blood tests!!!!!!!!!!!
