One Plan is the worst!
Trying to submit a claim on the booster option on pet insurance which I pay into every month. I have been advised that a claim was submitted on 02.11.2021 which is incorrect. I have been told I have to pay in the difference, Nobody will show me this supposed claim made on this date. I keep getting told I must pay in without any proof. I keep asking for proof and someone to phone me about this but the only reply is I must pay the amount in. Worst insurance I have every dealt with. Every time I have a claim I have a problem!!

11 Nov 2021, 10:14Good day Diane,
Thank you for taking our call earlier and allowing us the opportunity to further discuss the matter at hand.
We sincerely apologize for the circumstances under which your Hellopeter posting has reached us and for any inconvenience caused. Please rest assured that this matter will be investigated, we do take customer feedback seriously to improve our service and process to ensure that we meet our client’s expectations.
As per our telephonic conversation, the cover limit for our Pet Med Booster benefit is R350 per annum. Due to funds being used in March 2021, the remaining balance of the Pet Med Booster funds were paid towards the claim that was submitted for November. There are annual cover limits on all our cover types, once the annual cover limit has been exceeded, the cover limit benefit will renew on the anniversary of your policy.
Certain terms and conditions are always applicable, and these are included in all policy documents before and during your experience with us. We will assist with all we can in line with our terms and conditions. Please note that this is by no means a ploy to refuse payment of the claim. We do have your fur-babies best interests at heart, and we will assist with all we can in line with our terms and conditions.
As per our telephonic discussion, thank you for allowing us to investigate the matter. We will revert to you with the relevant feedback.
Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience caused and we hope to have this matter resolved as soon as possible.
Kind Regards,
Oneplan
