one plan is just awesome

I have insured my family with one for years now. due to odd circumstances, i had to remove them. but then hey, guess what, i'm back with you guys again. its because of the overall good service you provide your clients with. a lot of so called Medical Aids can learn a thousand from you, from customer services, managers taking queries and claims payment. in addition, not even once have i ever had a problem claiming for my husband to my kids' consultations. everything is always paid in full.

my memorable time, was when my then 9month old baby girl had to be admitted to hospital. the care, spontaneity, the prompt services given were just amazing.
