One Plan is a ****.

Our child Birth Claim was partially rejected for no valid reason. They claim the child wasn't registered with them on the statement they sent to us which makes no sense at all since it was a child birth claim and they approved some of the invoices on the same claim.

Hi Tiiho,

Thank you for taking the time to bring this to our attention.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and the circumstances under which your Hellopeter posting has reached us.

Kindly note after the birth the newborn baby will only be covered once he or she has been discharged from the hospital with a clean bill of health, subject to the baby being registered and accepted as an Insured child within thirty (30) days of the date of birth. This excludes any conditions related to a delivery that was not covered by the policy for a period of six (6) months from the date of birth. You need to register your baby for insurance with us.

Certain terms and conditions are always applicable, and these are included in all policy documents before and during your experience with us. We will assist with all we can in line with our terms and conditions. Please note that this is by no means a ploy to refuse payment of the claim.

We have acknowledged your complaint and we have escalated the matter to the relevant department. One of our consultants will be in contact with you.

Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience caused as we do have your best interest at heart, and we hope to resolve the matter as soon as possible.

Kind Regards,
Oneplan
