One Plan is a JOKE!!!!
<p>One Plan is a JOKE!!! I was contacted on Friday with regards to the complaint I lodged. Not only did they not inform me why they were double debiting my account and is suppose to get back to me, after I informed them I stopped payment and reversed debit orders as they were double debiting me. They sent me an email stating they will cancel policy on 01/09/2016, they after I lodged the complaint on Hellopeter they sent me an email that they cancelled my policy. How is that for bad customer service and not wanting to sort out your accounting issues, this after I lodged an complaint on 14 July and got NO FEEDBAC****</p>

We do apologise for the delay in response.
Please note that the reason for the change in premium amount is due to the price increase which was effective 01/04/2016 across all our policies. The increase was communicated to you on the 29/02/2016 via email to the email address on the system as Oneplan has to provide a 30 day calendar month notice for any changes to a policy. With the premium increase, the plan cover limits have been increased by the same percentage.
Kindly note that we have reconciliated your account statement as requested and the reason for cancellation has been communicated to you via email, which was sent to you on the 18/08/2016.

Either you dont read or you dont understand. I informed you on Friday, why I did not pay, because you were double debiting my account as to this moment I have not gotten an answer as to why you were double debiting, and then subsequently after my complaint last week you cancel my policy after you said itis due for cancellation on the 1st of September, which would have given you enough time to sort out your issues. What about my communication sent to you, that was never answered??? Or the questions asked that was never answered??? The reason why I stopped the debit orders is because you did not get back to me, and I could not even claim to go to the doctor, becuase you suspended my policy even though you were paid!!!! Answer this, and I will gladly reinstate the payment, but until then you are a JOKE, and I will hand you over to the board for
