One plan is a ****
Oneplan insurance is a ****! From the sales agents to the retentions managers poor service customer care is the order of the day. Oneplan manipulated me to sign up for a pet insurance despite informing them that my pet us having pretty existing conditions. I wanted to cancel my policy and was misled several times whereby 3 of their agents promised to send me a cancelation form , of which I find out later that wasn't a procedure. I have been begging them to reimburse me my money and non of them are available when i call them. Oneplan is a **** , join at your own risk!
