ONE PLAN Insurance - THE WORST EVER. I ADVISE STEER CLEAR.
Please stay away from this .I made a payment on 1/10/21 for my first premium. Then it took them three weeks to trace the payment. In the meantime there was a problem with uploading the images required while all the time I enjoyed no cover. Eventually the images were uploaded and the account or cover was no more suspended. Images uploaded and premium paid. ALL GOOD one would think. I november I paid a second premium. I was not surprised that they could not find it again as my cover was suspended again. Now today I get an email that the images need to be " re-validated". On top of it I am not covered again. I am sorry this is the WORST CAR and Household INSURANCE I ever encountered and most likely will in future. They don't deserve one star but I am afraid if I left it blank then the rating won't be noticed.
