ONE PLAN INSURANCE REFUND

I have been a part of One Plan Insurance since April 2020. I am extremely disappointed with my last claim and seem to have no joy and been awaiting refund or any sort of confirmation of refund since 6th December 2022. I have paid out a large some of money for a medical procedure for my husband and just wanted to know what is happening. To get hold of them is a nightmare and I keep getting cut off the promise of them phoning back did not materialize. I did receive an email but they have not resolved my claim which I was told on numerous occasions was valid. I am sitting in a situation that I paid out a major (in my books) sum of money and this time of the year and in my situation need my funds paid out a.s.a.p.
