ONE PLAN HEALTH IS A HOAX NOT A REAL SCHEME

We entered in a contract with One Plan Health. It is now 4 months already and still we did not get a card or pack. I have phoned 19 times and send emails and everything but except for promises nothing happens. We have paid 4 premiums already but still have to pay our own medical expenses. Every time we call you listen for a long time to all their FSB numbers and all but that is basically all that we get. I want my premiums back as I have not yet get anything out of this scheme
