One Plan Health Insurance Sucks !!!!!
Firstly let me tell you I am totally and utterly disgusted. I cancelled this policy. I was within the cooling off period. I was even advised by the One Plan team that the R100 cancellation fee will not apply due to this. My account was not debited once but twice on the 13th of Feb.<br> <br> I cancelled this policy due the reviews about the product on Hello Peter, which proved to be absolutely true. <br> <br> Anyone looking for Medical cover, steer clear of One Plan Health insurance. Too quick to take your money and provide pathetic service. I would never recommend this company to anybody, not even my worst enemy.<br> <br> I sent 3 emails to the following people, Ackloyd Chuma, Sebastian Kemp (Supposedly Ackloyds senior) and Pieter Van Der Westhuizen and I am still waiting for a reply. <br> <br> Now the big question is when am I getting my R200 back???<br>

With regards to this debit going off, we do appologise about the inconvinience caused to you as this was a system error that the invoice was raised against your policy.
